Can you provide an estimated delivery date?
We aim to ship all orders within 1-5 business days. You will receive an email to let you know once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated shipping time to Europe: 1-3 weeks
Estimated shipping time to the rest of the world: 1-4 weeks
Will I receive a tracking number or link?
At checkout, you will be given the option to choose which type of shipping service you would prefer.
If you opt for tracked shipping, you will receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched.
Orders with a value of €65 or over will be upgraded to tracked shipping for free.
Where is my order?
Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery to Europe and 4 weeks for delivery to the rest of the world. If you still haven't received your order, please feel free to get in touch.
What about customs charges?
The Cosy Club Handmade is based in the EU, so no customs charges will apply for delivery to other EU countries.
For countries outside of the EU, please be aware that we don’t cover import duties, taxes, or fees for deliveries. These charges vary by country and, if applicable, will need to be paid by the recipient.
However, if you are based in the UK, Switzerland, Australia or New Zealand, please head over to The Cosy Club Handmade Etsy Shop. Etsy collects any import duties, taxes or fees upfront at checkout, so you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

What items are eligible for return?
All items are eligible for return, as long as your item is in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
How many days do I have to return an item after delivery?
Your answer hereWe have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
What do I need to do to request a return?

Are labels machine washable and dryer safe?
Yes! All our labels are machine washable and tumble dryer safe.
However, please avoid direct contact with high heat from an iron on all our woven and velvet labels.
Organic cotton labels may be ironed on a low heat setting.
