Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at rachel@thecosyclubhandmade.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided and the return shipping fee will not be provided by The Cosy Club Handmade.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by:

  • Submitting a return request directly through your account 
  • Contacting us at rachel@thecosyclubhandmade.com

Returning your items Once you have notified us, you must return the items within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Refunds We will refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your returned items. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original purchase.

Return shipping costs You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service.

Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
